We want you to feel confident when shopping at EuroChic Tote. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.

Return Requests

Please contact us at ttttbvnfgj@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for the request.

Return Condition

Items should be unused, unworn and returned with original packaging and accessories when applicable. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery or missing pieces may not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is reviewed. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
